At Replacement Bail Handles, we want to ensure your furniture restoration project is a success. If your new handles aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Fitment

  Before initiating a return, please confirm the boring distance (the space between screw holes) to see if a different size in our catalog would better suit your needs.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

  Package Securely

  Place the handles and included mounting screws in their original packaging to prevent scratches or damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
